

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Clear Sky Resorts is privately owned and operated. We recommend purchasing trip insurance through a third party for your stay. Clear Sky Resorts is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be cancelled Thirty days (30 days), hotel time, prior to your arrival date, or you forfeit 100% of your deposit. Reservations will be held until 11:00AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. In the rare event we can not accommodate a confirmed reservation, any money received will be refunded, or better accommodations will be provided.

An updated confirmation notice will be sent for all payments received. A Team member will be in touch within 24 hours via email to finalize your reservation. If final payment is not received in our office 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation may be cancelled and is subject to cancellation policies as outlined. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. At the time of booking, 50% of the entire reservation will be authorized but you may not see the actual charge show up until early May. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Guests must be 18 years of age and older. GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card.
